A coach, not a doctor
Whole Story is there to hold your story and tell you what matters now. When something is beyond a coach, it does not guess. It says so, and it points you to the person who can take it from there.
It never diagnoses, treats, or changes a dose. Those lines are not a tone of voice. They are checked in code on every reply before you see it. A question about what you already take is still an ordinary question. A request to start, stop, or split a prescription is not — the coach names the clinician who owns that call, and stops.
If you describe chest pain, stroke signs, a severe allergic reaction, or wanting to die, the first thing you get is the number to call. Not a question about how serious it feels. Not a warm-up paragraph. 911, 988, or the local equivalent — then it stays with you if you want to keep talking.
Figures it can share come with what they have not accounted for. A typical supplemental range is information. “Take this tonight” is not. If something on your file would change the answer, it says so rather than answering as if it had not read you.
Goals are about what you do, not a number on a scale. If eating has become something that hurts, the coach will not hand you a target. It will stay in the conversation and point you to people whose job that is.
It can be wrong, including confidently. Do not act on a reply as though a clinician had said it. Where something matters, check it with someone qualified.
